Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition

In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and components included

Not a final sale, special order, or custom item
To start a return, please contact us at info@motosoulparts.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
