Optional exhaust collector for Ducati DesertX by AKRAPOVIC.
Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, this newly developed link pipe replaces the stock pre-muffler, where the stock catalytic converter is located, leading to a more direct gas flow, aimed at increasing performance.
Providing a huge weight reduction of over the original link pipe, this option also increases power and improves torque by when fitted to a Slip-On Line (titanium) and compared with the standard stock system.
Optional collector (SS) was tested and developed together with Slip-On Line (titanium) system.
It is a simple plug-and-play installation, and remapping of the ECU is recommended.
When installed, the EC/ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line (titanium) becomes invalid.
